Hello,
I have a question regarding contact persons. We want to address our campaigns to contact persons connected via relations to organization.
In target group we do have organization but we don'
t want to send, for instance emails, directly to organizations we want to communicate to the contacts of those organizations. I have read that I can use the "function" push button to specify which type of contact i want to reach but I cant find this field.
Could you please tell me where exactly it is supposed to be? (In the segment creation? in the campaign?...) or if there is anything special to do to have this field?
