Automatic Lead Generation from Campaign

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to generate hot & Warm leads directly from a campaign based on the reply to a survey which goes out to the customer during campaign execution.

Is there a specific workflow available which I can assign to campaign element "Generate Hot Lead" & "Generate Warm Leads" so that leads will get generated automatically based on the survey reply?

Can anyone please give me the detailed steps for achieving this?
