I started a campaign process via campaign automation. The campaign has started successfully. But no email(that is to be sent to Target group) is reflecting in sost transaction. I checked in the transaction swi1 and found out that an approval workflow(sub) has been created for which it is not able to identify an agent. I tried to create an employee and assigned an employee responsible to the new campaign but the result is same as above.
Can anyone please let me know the complete process of this approval workflow ? Also, how to disable this event if I do not want it at all.
