Hi everybody!
I am currently working on the task to automatically distribute leads to employee responsibles depending on the assigned territory in SAP CRM 7.0. I have created some territories, as well as rules with conditions and would like to use an action which retrieves the territory ID and gives me the employee responsible behind it.
Is this a good way? Or can any of you thing of a better way?
Could someone give a guide on how to proceed?
