Is any one can help me by giving information regarding complete functionality of Response ID and Personalize Response code.
Please find the below questions.
1.How can we know that response id and personalize response code functionality are available in existing system? Is there is any settings need to make in backend?
2.What is difference between two functionality?
3.Is both of them need to implement to track url information?Or any one of them is sufficient?
4.Where Response ID is stored in back end?(any Table?)
5.How can we check how many times user has clicked on a particular url?(Any table?)
