Link between Marketing object and Pricing condition information

Hello,

Does anyone know which table stores the link between the Marketing object GUId and any associated pricing conditions.

So if our pricing conditions are stored in table CNCCRMPRSAP065 for example, how can I track back and find from which marketing object they were created.
