Dear Experts,
Can some one please tell me how to send survey as attachment in campaign, how to track responses coming by that? Can it be tracked in the same survey evaluation or the table will get update. We want to use internet scenario, bsp is working but it can't work outside our network, due to project limitations we are unable to go with http. Can anyone suggest me how to work with mail to scenerio,how to use it, how to divert the answers from outlook to sap crm system, what all settings are required to do that or how to evaluate there responses? Can it be tracked in the same way as bsp.
