CRM Marketing configurations for Budget and Purchase Monitoring

Dear Experts,

I have a project for CRM Marketing and wanted to use the fund/budget and purchase monitoring and realization.

And FYI our environment is CRM 7.0 not in EHP 1 or 2.

To do this, I know that we must set several configurations to be able to do that.

But I only found the configuration on CRM Marketing Level, therefore I need to know what is the configurations that must be done for FI and Project System module for CRM Marketing to be able to control the budget and purchase.

I have set the CRM Marketing configurations as below reference:

SAP CRM Campaign Management – SAP CRM & ECC Middleware integration

Here is the result in R3AC1 - CRM_MKTPL_R3INT adapter

And I had set in SMOEAC for Campaigns, as follow

I didn't set the Target Groups Subscriptions since I don't need it right now --> IS it okay? Or I should maintain it also?

And recently, I noticed that the queue has arrived in R3 but still in Ready status.

So I tried to register the Queue name in SMQR in both system (CRM & R3).

This resolved the issue of Queues always in Ready status. But still the Campaign or MPL not transferred into ECC as I checked in table ECC : table CMPB_MAP & table CRMD_MKTTG_TG_H (as the 2nd tutorial you gave).

And I tried to check the queues log from tx SLG1 and it showing as follow

And in CRM - SMQ2 appeared below alert

What I have done so far to be able to transfer to ECC are:

In CRM :

1. Set the Mask same as in PS

2. Set the System Landscape

3. Set the transfer to automatic by setting it to Middleware

4. Create Sites Subscription for Campaign

5. Register the Queue in both system CRM n ECC

6. Set in CRM for PS Scenario

In ECC:

1. PS Scenario

2. PS Mask Number

Is there any configurations should I done in ECC PS? Like I created a Campaign/Marketing Type in CRM, should I copy it in WBS ECC Structure?

Dear All,

appreciate for your concerns and knowledge sharing.

BR,

Robin

PS: Will give a full score for helping me out.
