Service order questionnaries

Hi Gurus,

I have assigned a survey to service orders header.

I can fill it in and save into the service order through WEBUI (CRM70), modifying the order.

But my goal is to have it filled by the customer.

To do that, I access my survey through an URL like the following one, generated by the survey tool in BSP mode.

http://mysystem:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_svy_server/survey.htm?sap-client=320&applid=CRM_SURVEY_SERVICE&svyid=ZOS_SATIS_TEST&vers=0000000005&lang=FR&parid=CRM_SVY_BSP_SYSTEMPARAM.XML

My issue is to provide to the survey the id (Guid) of my service order.

Do you know how I could to that? Certainly adding one (or more) parameter to the URL but I don't know what their name shoul be.
