I'm creating a campaign with communication medium telephone or email, but a problem occurs when I start the campaign: the call list is generated but the transaction associated to communication medium does not appear. It's not generated.
Configuration details: CRM / Marketing / Marketing Planning... / Campaign Execution / Define communication médium: Medium: 001 / Phone / PCAL (transaction)/ Category: 202 Telephone Call
My campaign has a basic target group (business partner has phone number and email). Afer the campaign is released and started a couple of messages appear:
Assignment Block "Segments": Job ended without any errors leading to cancellation
Assignment Block "Message": Errors while generating transactions for target group -name of target group-
Result: Call list is generated. However, no transaction (PCAL)
Note: If configuration of communication medium is configured without transaction, example: 001/Phone / no transaction / no category, and I run a campaign, it is generated with no errors.

Procedure
For more information, see the application log where messages
of the type "Warning" are stored.
These errors did not lead to transaction generation being stopped and are
therefore not errors which set the status of the entire batch job (for
transferring the target groups to the channels) to "erroneous".
