Good afternoon experts
Through campaign execution in CRM I need to export a file containing partner codes, names and addresses. The file is later used by an external provider to send letters (not emails) to those customers.
I need to be able to export data from the correspondence address (not from the standard address).
Is this supposed to work by selecting the "Adrc - Correspondence communication" context attribute in the mail form ? (with usage “file export”)
Currently:
- if I run a campaign with an email form with attribute context “ Adrc -Correspondence communication” then the export file comes out blank.
- if I run a campaign with an email form with attribute context “Adrs - Standard communication” then the export file is generated but there are some blank entries.
Please confirm how these attribute are supposed to work.
