in the Segmentation Model a Refresh Button exists. But in all my tests it was not active. To update my segmentation model I have to click on generate modell. Does anybody know for which purpose the refresh button is?
An other question is regarding the Assignment Block Segments in a campaign. There is also a refresh button and it is active. But by clicking on it nothing happens: the target group is not updated. Can you tell me the purpose of this?
Our customer has the requirement that he can update the segmentation model/target group with this buttons, but I don't know if this is the standard purpose of them. Hope that anyone can help me.
