Hi Gurus
When I generate a Marketing Campaign I can choose from either including “Segments” and/or “Target Groups”. I would have expected that only Target Groups should be available for inclusion in a Marketing Campaign, yet if I select a Segment and Start the campaign, output is generated for those BP’s in that Segment.
SO why do we go to so much trouble (it’s not much, but the logic is confusing me) to create a Target Group, when all we need to do is select a Segment. I’d be very grateful if someone explain the logic behind this thinking.
