I'm currently trying to execute a campaign in campaign automation.
I have modeled this small process: First step: an email will send to the target group (not every business partner in this target group have a email maintained - could this be a problem??? the objective is, that all business partners which have an email maitained, should get an email, the others will not get an email).
The second step is that a call list have to be genrated.
I did the following:
1. Start node with status released.
2. First campaign element with channel "email" and Workflow Assign Target group to channel...
3. Second campaign element with channel "telephone" with and Workflow Assign Target group to channel...
Problem: I get always the error that capaign is not started. Why??? When I try this two steps in two different campaigns (not in a campaign automation) everything is working well (in the "email campaign" the email is sent and in the other campaing the call list is created). So why this don´t work together in a campaign automation??
Please provide step by step process I have to do, I´m very new at SAP...
