Is anyone here using/interfacing SAP CRM into their mobile/SMS campaign management? I'm looking for information on the specific points:
- Do you generate the actual SMS campaign from CRM?
- How are you handling any type of response recording from the campaign?
- What limitations have you found when involving the SAP CRM as part of your mobile marketing campaigns?
- Are you using any third party tools/integrators/solution providers as part of running your campaigns? - If so who are you using.
We are currently re-evaluating our SMS/mobile campaign applicaiton that we designed on CRM 4.0 and would like to see what is being done by other companies for this area.
