Trade Promotions don't show product in planning layout.

Hi All,

We are creating one trade promotion for which Account type is Account. Product Planning basis is Product.

In CRM we enter the product and save the trade promotion but product (id) value is not appearing in planning layout

However, if we create a trade promotion with Sales hierarchy and product planning basis as product categroy and product then planning layout works fine.

Is there any specific settings required in both SAP CRM and SAP BI for product planning basis as Product?
