Hi SAP CRM gurus,
I'd need to configure SAP CRM Coupon Campaign management and I'd require some clarifications on the process. I've found this helpful video in the SAP website, but I still have some questions: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-5065
Let's focus on coupon management with internal clearing, and let's assume the Company is going to distribute in the market 1000 coupons, each of them with its own ID.
- Ho does the association of the coupon ID to the campaign (of type coupon) works? I see there is only one field in the campaign, so it seems to me that there is a 1:1 relationship between the Campaign and the Coupon (hence 1000 Campaigns should be created??)
- For external clearing I see that there is an option to generate massively the coupon IDs for the clearing house (even though it is not clear to me how these are then linked to the corresponding campaign(s)). Is there a transaction for the massive generation of coupon IDs in the case of internal clearing? e.g. I want to generate the 1000 coupons to be distributed in the market...
