Mail form : Adding custom attributes

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to add custom attributes in the mail form. I have added the attributes and implemented 'CRM_IM_ADD_DATA_BADI' BADI to fetch the data for custom attributes.When I use the mail form in a campaign and release the campaign this BADI is not getting triggered and values are not fetched for my custom fields.

Is this the right BADI to be used.

Pls revert for any solution to this problem.
