Hi SCN Gurus,
We have a requirement of a Periodic Campaign where we need to generate a Daily Call List based on the Leads created the previous day. I have got it all set up and working, but unfortunately the same call list created at the first campaign run is appended every single day instead of creating a new call list.
I am not sure if there is an SAP Standard way of stamping the Date to the Call List name such that it generated a new call List everyday.
In my campaign i have performed the following,
1. I have created a Segment Model and my Attribute List is based out of a BI Data Source
2. I have created my desired filters generated a Target Group that executes daily before the Campaign is executed.
3. I did this to refresh the Target Group and generate a new set of Target Customers every single Day.
4. I have created the Campaign with Communication Medium set to Phone Outbound Activity with a desired Name, Start Date and End Date
5. I then clicked on Campaign Automation Link and set the Campaign as Periodic with the settings such that it runs once in a Day.
6. I have released the campaign and started the Campaign such that it executes daily after the Target Group Generation.
7. What i have observed here is that the Target group is refreshed with new prospects every day but it is getting appended to the same Call List, instead of new Call List (Once Call List per day)
If you could help me or point me in a direction where i could solve this puzzle, it would be really helpful.
