Basic query reg SAP CEI ADT

Hi All,

I am working on a small demo application to showcase SAP CEI segmentation on Hana DB.

As of now we are setting up the system.

I have a very basic query regarding the graphical segmentation modeler in CEI system.

I understood that in SAP CRM the graphical modeler runs on top of the Web UI layer using Flash.

In CEI I assume it runs on SAPUI5.

1. Can you please advise on the mandatory SICF services to be activated for this

2. How do we execute SAPUI5 applications in general? is it linked to  CRM_UI screen or Does it runs on a browser
standalone...in that case do u really require a CRM_UI ?

I am not having much clarity on this.

Please help me understand
