Hi,
I am using SAP CRM 7.0 EHP1 version.
I am trying to replicate Campaign Automation scenario. Here i am using all standard workflows hence no customization is involved here.
I am able to recieve BP response as Inbound activity but after that follow up steps like Thank you mail , fill Empty Target Group is not happening.
Below Key things are in place:
- Action profile (Campaign_Automation_Activity) is assigned to Transaction Type 0000 and 0004.
- Workflow "Send TG to channel" is used in Send Invitation campaign elements.
- Mail Form content Questionnare URL link " Would you like to attend Trade Show" Answer option YES/NO.
- Target Group in campaign element "Send Invitation" contents 2 BPs.
- Communication medium is "Email" amd Mail form (content survey questionnare URL) is selected in "Send Invitation" Campaign Element.
- Workflow "Add BP to TG" is selcted in follow up campaign element "Collect participant with "YES" answer.
- Empty TG is added in campign element "Collect Participant YES".
- Decision Node has rules " BPs who select asnwer YES should get Thank You Email and BP should be filled in enmpty TG
- "Start for every respondent" is marked on campaign Element "Thank You Mail". (Means for campign elements after Decision Node).
When i check the Inbound Activity then in "Action" tab found that start subsequent steps are not happening.
Please let me know what is missing.
