Is it possible to Plan Campaign's( Target Group ) activity creation partially and so on

Hi Experts

Is it possible to Plan Campaign's( Target Group ) activity creation , for ex: If a Target Group has 100 BPs, 5 activity need to created per day until Target group is completed upto 100. Is it possible to achieve this using Campaign Plan ? How to achieve this ?
