Tcode CRMD_MKTSEG does not exists in CRM 7.0 EhP1

Hi Experts,

I would like to ask why tcode CRMD_MKTSEG does not exists in CRM 7.0. If it's obsolete, what's the new tcode?

I'd like to create target groups and profile set in WEB UI or CRM ABAP. but I wasn't able to find tcodes or way to access/create target group/profile set.

As i've checked my notes here, in order to create profile set,

Navigation bar > Marketing > Create > Segment > Create Profile Set

This path can't be seen under CRM_UI of CRM 7.0.

Please give us your inputs.
