CRM : Survey Evaluation using Mailto Option

Hi,

I am trying to configure survey using mailto option by the tutorials posted by Mr Gregor Wolf in the link below

After this configuration i have downloaded the presentation format and filled in the survey and sent it to the receipient maintained in the Parameter XML. I have checked the inbox of the receipient and mail is received by the receipient with the attachment POSTDATA.ATT.

But now the attachment POSTDATA.ATT is not getting evaluated by the exit class CL_SVY_SMTP_INBOUND maintained in the tcode SO50 corresponding to the receipient mail id.

Kindly help regarding the same. Is there any other settings to ensure Inbound Processing takes place.
