We are facing difficulties in execute delta load for data source for high volume segmentation. Could you please indicate the necessary configuration/steps to perform it?
Our current scenario is:
Using tcode CRMD_MKTDS, a HV Data Source was created with an infoset as source type. The business partner field was determined by the PARTNER_GUID and a delta infoset was also created with the same PARTNER_GUID. The source id used was “MKT_ATTR”. The infoset created searches values from a Ztable that contains a list of several attributes per BP.
We have already tried to execute the program CRM_MKTTG_TREX_UPDATE using the options “Synchronize BPs beforehand” and “Update BPs”, besides the “Select. Attribs”, but no delta load was indexed in TREX. When we use the option “force update” all the data is restarted (initial load).
