Hi Excerpts,
I am stuck up while creating a Mapping format. Please help me out!!
1. I have short listed down 12 fields Which I am going to Map in the system and have saved in the .csv format
2. I have also chose the "Category - as Address" and " Filter Criterion - as Person "
3. I have also uploaded the .csv file with 12 fields from the file location
4. I have selected Delimiter Type as " Semicolon "
5. The Record Number is defaultly set to " 1 "
6. After Clicking on Refresh only the first field from the .csv file is getting displayed for Mapping to the target field
My Questions:
1. Why only 1 field is getting displayed for Mapping out of the 12 fields uploaded?
2. Is there anything, I have to change in the file uploaded. I have listed down the formats which I have been trying to upload to get all the 12 fields displayed after uploading....Please help in specifying the correct format
