I need your help on ELM data upload with Sales area data. In our project there is a requirement where we are using customized prospect BP role and this BP role should capture Sales area data. it is mandatory to maintain sales area data for the newly created account. There may be scenarios where same account has multiple (more than one) sales area.
We have the solution for this custom BP role upload in mapping format for lead creation but we are struggling to load/determine sales area data for our accounts created through ELM. We are thinking to determine sales area through uploading "employee responsible ID" and then determining automatically sales area for that account. But we would face issues/errors where employee has more than one sales area assigned.
If any of you have any idea on this scenario then please help me out.
